Brussels Sprouts, Artichoke Hearts, and Ham Three Ways  sweet ham, prosciutto, and pork belly served with toast points

Lamb Spring Rolls  three lamb spring rolls served with fresh mint, and sweet chili pepper sauce  

Crab Cakes  lump crab served with a lemon beurre blanc

Shrimp and Parsnips  dusted, fried shrimp over crispy parsnips with lobster cream sauce

Crispy Lobster Skewer  deep fried with a citrus salad, lemon aioli, and chili oil

Salmon Polenta creamy polenta with feta cheese, and capers with lemon butter sauce 

Caesar Salat romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese,and herb crostini, tossed in a caesar dressing

European Greens topped with goat cheese, herb crostini, marinaded red onions tossed in a port vinaigrette  

Fresh Blueberry, Pear and Apple Salad tossed with spinach, gorgonzola cheese, and bacon
